The house employs an array of sustainable materials, including high fly ash content concrete, Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified woods, reclaimed wood flooring, non-VOC paints, recycled glass tile, formaldehyde-free plywood, Energy Star appliances, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
